Unless otherwise noted in the item listing or below, you may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it (usually based on the tracking info for the shipment) for US destinations. For International shipments, 10 days from shipping date for Express shipping to all destinations, otherwise 14 days from shipping date for Canada, 21 days from shipping date for other destinations.
 
Contact BarkinWoofer first (see Contact page) for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and shipping charges are not refunded (if the original shipping to you was free, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund).

Item(s) must be in resalable condition (edible items must still be sealed).

A restocking fee of 10% to 50% may be charged if the item(s) are not returned in new, resalable condition (amount to be determined upon inspection of returned item(s)). Restocking fees are charged only if needed* to make up the difference in selling an item as used instead of new. To avoid a restocking fee, all product packaging must be intact, all tags still attached and item(s) must be clean and cannot appear used or chewed. BarkinWoofer does not like charging restocking fees any more than you like paying them so please keep your purchase in new condition until you are sure you will keep it.

 

*RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

All beds, carriers, mats, blankets and car seats cannot be exchanged or returned once product packaging is opened, no exceptions! Please refer to the product warranty, if applicable, for defective products. This industry standard policy has been implemented for health reasons and the tendency of dogs to mark items that have the scent of another animal on them. We want to ensure that all of these products are brand new and unused for your pet! Please be sure to measure your pet accurately when necessary for proper product sizing.

Note that some dealers without this policy may resell returned products at full price without informing the buyer, but your dog will know that another dog has used the product (even if just briefly).

 

Special Order Items and Products Shipped Directly from the Manufacturer

Allowed returns/exchanges on items that are special ordered for you or that are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you may incur a 10%-35% Return Handling Fee (depending on the product and manufacturer). This fee covers our costs to return the items to the manufacturer, including any manufacturer imposed restocking fee plus return shipping. These fees are usually noted in the product listing. In other words, any fees charged to BarkinWoofer by the manufacturer will be deducted from the refund.

 


Exceptions to the above Return Policy will be made only in the case of a BarkinWoofer error.

NOTE: Items returned to BarkinWoofer without a RA# or that are not resalable will not be refunded and will not be returned to buyer unless buyer pays return shipping fees.
