Returns & Exchanges:
Customers who wish to exchange or return this product are required to contact BarkinWoofer to obtain a RMA#. Do not return the product without forst receiving a RMA#.
We will refund the original purchase price (less the actual original shipping cost**) on items that are shipped within 7 days of their delivery date in their original condition. “Original condition” means that the tags are uncut and the item has not be used or damaged by pets including pet hair, washing, or any other sign of wear and tear.
The bed's designer, P.L.A.Y., reserves the right to make the final decision about whether a returned item is in its original condition.
**We will not refund outgoing shipping or return shipping cost. For products offered by BarkinWoofer with with "Free Shipping" we will deduct from the refund the actual shipping cost we paid to ship the item to you.
We recommend that customers insure items on the return trip, as credit will not be issued for items damaged in transit.
Additional shipping may be charged for an exchange and will be based on the designer's shipping fee.
