Our standard 7-day return policy applies with the following supplier's exceptions. Kittywalk products that have been used, even slightly, cannot be returned or exchanged. You must contact us prior to returning any Kittywalk item for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without one. Do not ship returns directly to BarkinWoofer, you will be given the address for Kittywalk returns with the RA#. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that any Kittywalk item returned without an RA#, or to an address other than the Kittywalk returns address, or if the item is used, will be donated in the buyer's name to a local animal shelter unless buyer pays to ship it back. No refund will be given. If the product is defective we will exchange it for an identical product and no restocking fee will be charged. |
