The Design Process
Each bowl and treat jar is beautifully custom made and created with the same care and attention you give your pet. The entire design process from mold crafting to glaze firing is done by the artist in her studio. Each piece is given 3-4 paint applications, resulting in the rich, vibrant colors present on the bowls and treat jars. For that final touch, personalize your piece by having your pet's name added at no additional charge.
After painting they are bisque fired in the kiln, glazed in a handmade-lead-free glaze, and fired a second time to 1946 degrees.
Why Buy Hand-Painted?
No two pieces are exactly alike, so your bowls, jars and urns will be similar to, but not exactly like, the examples we’ve shown here. There are always minor variations in color and design from piece to piece, these variations are the hallmark of fine hand-painted pottery. Not all computer monitors are calibrated to the same standard, so the product you receive may vary slightly in color from the photo on your monitor.
How to Care for Your New Bowl, Jar, or Urn
Microwave and dishwasher safe . Each piece is fully hand dipped in glaze, so they will not be damaged by water. However, we highly suggest that you hand wash to preserve these special pieces.

Color or piece variations will not be considered defective. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. A 30% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns deemed to be non-defective. We reserve the right to refuse your return based on our return policy. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed.
